You must link to an outside URL, which means that the picture must be uploaded to the Internet. Then simply paste the URL of the picture's location to the field below that says: "Optional Image URL"

However, if the Url does not end with .jpg or .gif as will be the case on Flickr and other picture uploading sites you will need to post the URL as a link. To do this paste the URL into the field below that says: "Optional Link URL" and add a Link Title to the "Link Title" field below. If you don't add a Link Title the link will not show up in the post.
