I think this says it all and was substantiated well in the rest of the article. My concern is that I think there should be a certain urgency to adapt, as humans above all other Earthly animals have the ability to do, that seems to be lost in political conjecture. There used to be voices from both major USA political parties who would temper each other to arrive at the best plan. Today it seems that at least one party will do anything to survive as a party at the risk of the rest of humanity (no name calling here).
My prayer is that we can break the stronghold of self centered greed just long enough to set in place a working plan to survive as a potentially constructive specie. That will not be possible if all we can use our humanly finite available resources for is just protecting the name of the family, nation, race, religion or political party.
Rome is gone even when most gave unto Caesar what was Caesar’s. When we know via the Internet that there is more to our specie than any of us can fully understand I think it is all of our obligations to give to our specie what is our specie’s.

My wife tells me that what I just wrote is very, very, very difficult to understand. Sorry but I cannot seem to think of any clearer or shorter way to express what I sincerely think and feel.
